Bureaucracy is the ultimate "cluster-f#*k".at what point are we considered over-regulated? Is it when we finally squeezed to the point we no longer can comply and be productive? The horse thoroughly reined in can no longer pull the wagon of progress. when economic progress ceases, so does the viability of a country.
